i would like to know if i get the flat rate envelope for free and pay for the shipping charge or must i pay for the shipping AND the envelope?Do you have to pay to get a flat rate envelope from the nearest postal service?
If you post it empty you will get the flat rate, if you fill it you will pay the fat rate. If you don't put a stamp on it its the twats rate and if you fill it full of **** its the splat rate. Look if you don't want to pay just don't bother.
