How do you seal your postal vote?

Do you put the postal voting statement and envelope A back to back and bend both parts over the top or do you fold the postal voting statement and envelope A facing each other and press at the top?How do you seal your postal vote?
1) Make your mark on the ballor paper

2) Place ballot paper into the bottom half (the part with the sticky covering on the right) and seal

3) Sign and place your date of birth on the top half and then fold

4) Place in envelope and post to local council
