Does the postal service scan every piece of mail?

Like would they scan a mailer envelope (those big yellow envelopes) with a DVD inside. Do they seriously scan every piece of mail?Does the postal service scan every piece of mail?
Yes in one way or another.Does the postal service scan every piece of mail?
YES! In MOST countries!! Envelopes are run in a scanner and if anything suspicious is found they're examined. I know some IDIOT once got busted and jailed for mailing weed. But I don't see why you're scared of a simple DVD.Does the postal service scan every piece of mail?
No, they won't look through your stuff. The only time mail gets examined is at jail, and the post office doesn't even do that, the detention deputies do.
