U.S. Postal Service- I am sending a manila envelope that is bigger than 9 by 12 inches. Can I send it?

To be more clear, what are the official rules now in sending manila envelopes bigger than 9 by 12 inches?

How do I avoid the postal service bending it? Do I write do not bend?U.S. Postal Service- I am sending a manila envelope that is bigger than 9 by 12 inches. Can I send it?
The Postal Service is not going to bend it. It is no longer called an envelope at that size. It is called a flat, or even bigger ones are called parcel. Go to the post office and mail it as first class. Depending on how heavy it is, it will be around $1 - $4. Just go in and ask them to mail it First Class. They will weight it and take care of it.U.S. Postal Service- I am sending a manila envelope that is bigger than 9 by 12 inches. Can I send it?
